BREAKING INVISIBLE BARRIERS TO YOUR DESTINY

Most of the times, these barriers cannot be seen, but they delay people from achieving what they are supposed to achieve Brethren, your life was supposed to grow to a certain extent by now but there is no sign of growth at all. The barriers to your destiny are still there but you don't see them because they are invisible Today, we are looking at the reasons *Why so many people have not yet broken the invisible barriers?* There are 2 classes of these barriers 1. Personal. The ones we are responsible for. 2. Not personal. Those we are not responsible for but others are, or the work of the devil such that without the help of the Lord, we cannot break them Now let us get into detail of each of the classes of these barriers; 1. PERSONAL BARRIERS (I.) *_Bad associations/bad friends_* Many people we have got people in our companies that are not supposed to be part of us for the sake of our destiny. Have you discovered that there are certain people who thought they could be married to a certain man and end up being disappointed by that man. The man just left them in sad way yet the spent years together? But you will find out that at some point in time, people were telling the lady that this man, will just leave you anyhow but she couldn't listen Many ladies ends up being disappointed, they end up being impregnated and being dumped Thats delaying themselves There some people that we associate with, they take our glory. They initiate us into evil things sometimes with our consent, sometimes without our knowledge. Some people because they have seen delay, they search for other quick means to get riches, no wonder they keep dreaming of spiritual husbands Brethren, bad associations are a barrier to your destiny There are some other people who have slept with demons not knowing they are demons They have eaten with demons, not knowing they are demons *1 Corinthians 5:11* 11 But now I have written to you not to keep company with anyone named a brother, who is sexually immoral, or covetous, or an idolater, or a reviler, or a drunkard, or an extortioner--not even to eat with such a person. (NKJV) Know this brethren, according to *Psalm 1:1-3* 1 Blessed is the man Who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, Nor stands in the path of sinners, Nor sits in the seat of the scornful; 2 But his delight is in the law of the LORD, And in His law he meditates day and night. 3 He shall be like a tree Planted by the rivers of water, That brings forth its fruit in its season, Whose leaf also shall not wither; And whatever he does shall prosper. (NKJV) Do you know that when you don't associate yourself with bad people, you prosper in everything that you do? Do you know that there are some people who fear the Lord, and when you begin to associate with them, blessings also flow into your life But others when they come to you, they are a curse Most people lose people who are a blessing to their lives, and accommodate those who are curses to their lives Have you discovered that most people do not keep those who are a blessing to them, but choose to keep those who are curses? It is very easy to lose important people in life Have you noted that most familie of good mannered people do not last long, but those of fools lasts long? Imagine someone is persevering in a violent marriage, yet someone is failing to persevere in a marriage because of a one time simple mistake. One of the ways the devil use to destroy people's destinies is to connect them wrongly Have you seen some people who could have been married to a good man, ending up being impregnated and dumped finding the right partner in their late ages? *Say:* _Father have mercy on me. May I be connected to the right people_ Sometimes the enemy's cleverness carries you from the good place, where you can be delivered, where you can prosper, to a place of stagnation/ delay. Through associations you can be delayed, and through associations you can prosper *Pray:* _Father connect me to the right people, have mercy on me for the sake of my destiny_ Not everyone is a blessing to your destiny (II) *_Refusing to learn the knowledge of God_* There might be a certain knowledge of God that you are refusing to learn. That's creating a barrier for your own destiny *Hosea 4:6* 6my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge. “Because you have rejected knowledge, I also reject you as my priests; becau Hosea didn't lie here. This is true. There are some teachings we learn, and they can break the invisible barriers to our destiny That one word you are refusing to enter in your life, can change your destiny But you choose to refuse If a man of God has been teaching about prayer and fasting, and your problems are at a stage where they can end through prayer and fasting but you find yourself refusing from receiving that word of prayer and fasting. Then you are become a barrier to your own destiny There are some problems, that need a certain word of God for them to end Esther had to receive a certain word, for her to realize and take an action for her and her people the Jews. *Esther 4:14* 14 If you keep quiet at a time like this, deliverance and relief for the Jews will arise from some other place, but you and your relatives will die. Who knows if perhaps you were made queen for just such a time as this?” God has given you a purpose in this life, the word that comes to tell you about this purpose is the same word that can break every invisible barrier in your life for you to fulfil that purpose The reason why you are still stuck is because you have refused to receive that particular word of God. Which word are you refusing to receive and apply? The barrier is the knowledge you are refusing (III.) *_Some of your characters_* Some of our characters are a hindrance to our destinies The Bible says before God had elevated Joseph, He searched his character *Psalm 105:19* NIV *_Until the time came to fulfill his dreams, the LORD tested Joseph’s character._* There are some people in your life, God sent them to you for a reason, but because of your character, you have sent them away. Your unforgiving character, your bad talking character is a barrier That character of just sleeping with any man you meet, is a barrier That character of watching phonograph, masterbating, is a barrier That character of sleeping around with every man is a barrier that is delaying you from getting a good man for marriage Can't you see that this is the reason you are aborting your destiny? Can't you see that is a hindrance?. God wants you to change your character Ask yourself today, which character is hindering my destiny When you see some people who used to be talkative, but today you talk to them they are not talking back, it's not that they do not want to talk but God has changed their character. Some people you wonder that I go for services/crusades, without posting them, it's not that we do want to post, but God disciplined us. There is a character of pride in you, it is delaying you. Work on that. 2. THOSE BARRIERS THAT ARE NOT PERSONAL Things that you do not have control about, but only the Holy Spirit can do it for you. (I.) *_Systems/patterns of the world._* These have delayed some other people to get where they are supposed to be. Do you know that when Jacob was in the house of Laban, he saw that it would be right if he marries Rachel. Here is how the destiny of Jacob was delayed. He worked for 7 years to get Rachel, only to get Leah, The world delayed his destiny.. He had to work for another 7 years to get the woman after his heart, Rachel. Do you know the world has delayed many people by its systems? Do you know there are people with knowledge on business, yet their knowledge is being wasted by studying about grasshopper Success is not only about education. Let the systems of the world not corrupt you. Sometimes the barrier is when you wait for the government to employ you. We are busy waiting for government to employ you, busy waiting for government promotion When God says call unto me and I shall answer you, He mean it. I do not know what God will tell you. But you will overcome the barriers that comes through what the systems of this world can give you. (II.) *_Spirits of stagnation_* These spirits from the evil world, from the marine You know some of you would have been married by now but these spirits have been hindering you. You can't remain in bondage, in suffering. The powers of witchcraft have stood on your way, But Jesus have finished it all on the cross _Command the spirit of stagnation to come of you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ_ _Command the spirit of witchcraft to come out of you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ_ _Command those blocking your way to pave way in the mighty name of Jesus Christ_ _Let every spirit of delay get out of you in the mighty name of Jesus Christ._ God bless you all Shalom.
